I have an nec ipk ii with a pri T1 that has static on some calls. Telco says they are getting crc errors. Any suggestions?

Loop it up and have them test the circuit.

I have the same trouble. I have changed the prt to a U-20, replaced the clk board. My next move is to ground to telco and for grins and giggles I am going to replace all my wiring to the smart jack. I will let you know.

The IPKII uses a DTI U40. Make sure it's on firmware 5.12 for PRI.
5.08 and earlier releases had issues for PRI, 5.08 is preferred for CAS T1.
