I have installed some 3012 8-button sets on an SBX 4.0. I can't figure out how to change them to hands free answer on intercom. If anyone has an idea I sure would appreciate the help.

If the phone uses the transfer button to program like the edge sets, then you might try a ring mode flex button...feature code trans+12

The 3012 does'nt seem to have a trans/program button. They might have substituted one of the other buttons though. I guess I will have to call Toni. Awfully busy at Vertical lately.

It has a transfer button, maybe it works as the programming button as well. Give it try before you sit on hold for a long time.

That's OK Ted...some days are like that. I didn't catch that you were using the 3012 model...I've never even seen one of those. For some reason I was thinking of the IP 320 8 button set.
