I'm not familiar with that system. Do you have any sort of maint agreement with Alcatel or some other vendor? Is the dealer that sold the telephone set able to offer any assistance?

The only OMNI I recall were the GTE OMNI 1, 2, and 3. I believe it was purchased by a Japanese company. Or was originally made by the Japanese company and relabeled. As for repair ...? John C.
