I am familiar with phone systems, but not with anything made by Sprint. I have just assumed support for a business that is using a Sprint Protege 616 system (MAT Code = 431075). The system is a 3x8 and they currently have two lines in the system and want to add a third line.
My question is this, when adding the third line, does any programming have to be done with the system or does it recognize the additional line on its own. Also, when adding additional stations to the system, does that require any additional programming?
