I have a Comdial MP5000 and I am wanting to program through the TCP/IP port. I have not yet been able to connect. Can anyone help?

Tried port 4340, no luck. The lights on the router the MP5000 is plugged into doesn't even light up. I checked the IP and everything is set correctly. I checked the dip switch, there are two sets of four and both #4's are down. I switched the #4 on the set to the left. Does this require a crossover cable? Need help! Please!

You may want to try posting this in the Comdial section.
