I also have a Strata DK 16 system 6-2010 units and 1-2020 programmer. Have attempt to run Prog. 90 & 93 but my 6 hand sets still arent respondingi I saw another post about a switch needing repair. My Hand Set are not responding when I pick up from the intercm mode, would be intersested in that contact info also.

The guy in FL repairs the boards and cards. Frankly, I cannot find his info.
