As you can see I messed up the topic. I'm looking for response to business dealings with ESI. I looked at the product and was set up to cary it but found out at the last minute there were things that were not in my best interest. Any thoughts?

I would be interested in hearing more as well - might be a good idea to go to installers category so comments are private - i have been generally pleased with them but have had some issues lately.

I would also be interested. I am a former employee that could probably shed some light on the uncomfortable feeelings you have experienced with some of their decisions. Great product, dysfunctional company.

Turns out the sales rep who covers the eastern part of the country is now gone - don't know if he left or got fired. He seemed ok to me (although powerless).
