I have a Merlin legend phone system that I just upgrade from a R2.0 to a R7.0 I want to put line 819 on the main phone 110 I can't get in to the ext I tryed on the mlx20L no good I tryed on the computer spm no good how do I do this what is wrong. There was a t-1 on it the programing is still there but no t-1 everything is good but that. HELP

Give us a cut and paste of your system setup, and your general trunk info.

I don't know the system setup it not the way I would set it up. they have pool 70 with 5# pool 870 with more # and another pool for the T-1 that is not in uses The ext is 110 and I can do any programing to it not from the 20L or from ext program. How do you want me to cut ans paste the system to you????

What TTT is asking, is for you to pull a print of the "system set up" and "gen trunk information".

If you dont know how, you might want to call in an experienced programmer.

Then download a print of the system set up and of the Gneral trunk information through SPM. Then cut and paste the info here.

line 819 is not in any pool I want to but 819 on the main phone she wants 2 AA and both of them to go on the main phone pool 70 is on there and I want to but line 819 on there too. I tryed to program the phone and I can't get in. Let me know if you need more info

The Set Up page would tell us the order of modules in the system, and if 819 has been assigned to MOH or Loudspeaker Paging.

Also a print of 110 would tell you if all the buttons are occupied and not allowing the new line appearance.
