Out office bought three refurbished Impact 8012 phones to match our existing phone system. We moved to a new location and the 3 new phones will not ring but the old ones that were moved worked fine wondering what could be the problem? Thank you for your help!!!

with your telephone idle press the Volume up until you get the setting you desire then press **5 to set it. It might be set to off.
Let us know what happens. Also make sure it's not on DND.
