i have a new cutomer on a shoe string budget. he wants to network 5 computers. his dsl modem only had 4 ports and he wants to save the money for a new router but using the router feature of an old dsl/router he has, linking it to his new router. will this work. thanks dave

If you disable the DHCP server on Router#2 and plug one of the LAN ports into a LAN port on Router#1, then everything should work. Don't use the WAN port on Router#2 for anything.
