I have a customer who bought a WIN 440Ct system off of ebay. It came with a STVM voice mail card, not sure weather this is a IVP or Integra Voice.
The card is plugged into the cabinet and programmed accoriding to the Integra Voice maunual I have found. Card slot 15 programmed as an STL, and station type as Vmail. Ive set up the hunt group and all the other pertient programming.
However I cannot get any kind of terminal connection or get the ports to answer. Ive found where you dial 970 970# to activate the com port but without the ports answering it does me no good.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

STVM is the integravoice.
970 970# is to use a local 9600 N81 null modem connection. When the system loses power (you do have the external power supply that plugs in the face of the card, right?) it defaults to an external modem connection, not the local admin connection.
that voicemail was discontinued a while ago and it's not the most reliable one they have made.
