Need help to login in on RMS, I set up my terminal to 4800, even 1 and TVI910. I then login in with control T, then type in command and hit F3. But it does not do any thing.

Your key map is probably not mapped on Procomm Plus. Also your settings should be 4800, 7 bits, even, & 1 - use hardware flow control.
