I recently took over a DK424i for service and am now in the process of installing 2 DADMs onto existing 2020SDs. I have looked at program 29---and am a bit confused. However, I'll work it out--the question I have is this---are there any other programs having to do with DADM installation...and is there a sequence of what to do first----and last. I used to be fairly familiar with Toshibas--but it's been over six years since I really did anything with them. Looking for some advice. TIA

Should have said *29. I've continued to look & read---and I feel much better about it than I did before. Looks almost TOO simple. .....What am I missing??

install them run program *29 and change 1 button on each of them and there done.
Funny thing is all station ports on a Toshiba think they are a 20 button phone with 2 DADM2020's on board. There was a program Ultimate Communicator that made your PC emulate a DKT2020SD with 2 DADM2020's. And you could use it with a 10 button phone.

If you only put one DADM on a phone, * out all the buttons on the second one. I don't remember why, but they tell you to do that in Toshiba school.

keukavly,
Are you Steve's friend, the Toshiba guru?
If so let me know I would like to talk with you off line. I'm guessing by your location.
Thanks
