Hello! I have t1 pri. We use DID. I want to see in my avanti 3000D who call me from outside. Instead number - i see only my self number.
Somebody can help me?

Goto the call log button on the dislay if you have one. Are you seeing the number and want the name or vise verser. You said T-1 or is it a PRI. If t-1 make sure ANI is set to yes AND YOU GET IT FROM THE PROVIDER. We also need your version of the phone system. The call log feature was stored in the phone in the lastest version, But in the older version you need VM to store the log. Do you have Voicemail?

is it IP phone?
those are the only 3000 model with disp.
3015 (79-630-0000)
3020
and
3025
are the only tdm phones with displays
Might try making sure CID Priority is set to High in Station Features->Station Atts. it is the last field to the left.

it's not IP Phone.
But I'm set up the CID Priority - It's work!!!!
