Help!! We have a Telrad 2464 in our office and we recently got a voice mail to go with it but can't find any one around who can hook it up to the system. We have figured out how to program the voice mail but have no idea how to hook it up to the system and make it work. Can anybody help us or send us to someone who can. Thank You Sam

Sam, you have to hook it up to free ports on your system then assign them to be a vs&f port and put them in a hunting ringing group. You will need a OPS (single line) card for this.If your system doesn't have one you can click on the Sundance logo at top of this page and they will have one. I know that the 2464 manuals are very hard to understand unless you went to school for it. So if you can't get it going give me an e-mail and I'll help ya. dtmf
