Assuming you haven't changed anything in P408, I would call Tech Service. P168 has port allocations. Not sure what that means, but I see it. Another check might be to see if something is shunting it. Take all the phones down except for two and try it then. I have not experienced your problem, but that's what Tech Support often says. Good Luck.
