I know it is not the default password. I know that I can access and build mailboxes via the default password and the user account, but I can't get into the custom service menus to build what they want.

thanks. I will reach out to my old company and see if they can act as the dealer for me. I think this was put in on the side by someone who had decommissioned the system from someone else.

The Cloud is just someone else's computer!
