I sorted it out yesterday for Jeff
It was in a mess as the system had been reprogrammed from scratch and the integration was in default DTMF but the IVP8 was configured to SMDI.
The TTY cable was missing but there was a BSIS card installed so reprogrammed it and plugged in a spare cable to get it back up and running.
Someone had made a mess of the notification templates so the MW lights did not come on or off.
Had to edit the string and its all working now.
Then had to configure the AA back to what had been requested originally.
Haven't worked on a IVP8 in a few years but you just don't forget this stuff easily,
the advantage of 30+ years experience working with Toshiba systems it's a shame Mitel are driving the product into the ground!!
