Need help in knowing how to change the lag time between auto attendant picking up & advising of where they have reached & to leave a voice mail after the beep. The beep is around 15 seconds after the end of the out going message. Need to know how to shorten the lag time or something that may help. FYI: The calls go straight to the secretary & if she isn't there, the call then just goes to auto attendant.
