Windows 8.1 is a great tablet/touch screen OS, unlike 7 which installed on a tablet was pretty worthless without a keyboard.
However I like to still operate in a mouse environment so I have stardock's start 8 program installed on all my win 8.1 devices...win 10 makes that app unnecessary.
