Hi all! We just switched from a Toshiba CTX to a ShoreTel Voice Switch 220T1A. So far I like it, and it seems way easier to manage than the Toshiba. 1 question though: can I restrict one User Group from calling another User Group? I'm being told by our vendor that this isn't possible, but I find that hard to believe seeing as how much this system can do.
