Hi all,
As far as I understand, for programming Toshiba stratagy DK models, I should connect 20button LCD phone(my model is DKT 2020) to either port 013 or 005. Since I don't know the location of extension No.205 in our office, I used extension 213 instead. I connected programmable phone to this extension socket but it didn't give me any beep tone neither by pressing PDN(intercom)button nor by releasing outside line! Does anyone know the reason for it?Is it right procedure or my method is wrong for programming?
If I want to change call transfer extension (during system greeting), should I run program 09? Right now, system transfers to wrong extension when caller press 2.
