Hunt group with first choice, 2nd choice, etc.
Last choice is phanthom number on call forward to external extension like pager, cell phone.
You need to modify dial plan to send out a specific caller ID when the call goes out from that device instead of the carrier line caller ID. You will not be able to distinguish a regular call.
