I have seen a lot of mention of the TBCT PRI feature in a DMS100. It seems clear that this feature while requiring NI-2 configuration does free up the 2 channels it initially uses in the transfer. The question I have is the reflection that a Cisco IP phone may have on the signalling back to the carrier to disconnect the channels. What is happening is the TBCT takes place but does not release the channels. The only variable I have that is different in this case than in most is the Cisco CPE, anyone experience this issue?
