I think that what Chocolate Bunny is calling a "25-pin" is actually an amphenol connector (25-pairs). In that case, the general wiring pattern would be something like:
Amphenol connector of MICS -- > Amphenol Cable --> 66 block, cross-connect 66 block -->66 block, --> Amphenol cable --> 66 block with T1 punched down.
