we just had 8 pots line switched to a fractional T1
Partof the T1 is used for data and part is
used for the same 8 numbers. Although the
switch will support T1 with a card the client had SBC/Ameritech put in a CSU and channel bank. They told him they are providing the same tone to the RJ 21 as the POTS was and he wouldn't have to call us,(insde vender) for
anything.Ever since the change there getting dropped calls and ghost ringing on various CO lines. SBC told him everything on their end is OK and the problem is with the switch.
(Big surprise) I could sure use some opinions
