I installed IPO manager 11.0.4.4.0 on a customers new PC, and after login we get an error " Failed to login to IPO cause Access Denied. What would be causing this? Thanks.

Wrong password would be the most obvious conclusion.

what release is the IP office? Could it be that the IPO is 11.1, and manager is 11.0?

Where can I find a R8.1 manager, that's the version I'm using on my laptop and I can get in. He can't get in using 11.0.4.4.0
