Some of the new enhancements to the Merlin Magix 3.0 include:
· Independent Agent IDs for Calling Groups
· Group Ring – With this option, incoming calls will ring and alert all available members in a hunt group at the same time
· Verification of Account Codes -Allows calls to be made only if a pre-determined correct account code is entered
· Group Calling Music on Hold – Incorporates a new system-wide music on hold source for calling groups
· Simultaneous Caller Name/Number - Provides easy viewing of caller name and number at the same time
· CTI Link – Incorporates more computer telephony capabilities
The new Avaya Merlin Messaging release 3.0 integrates voice and e-mail messages Unified Messaging application, Auto Copy, Phantom Mailbox, Message Preview.
