I'm having a devil of a time keeping WE Voip running.
Today I went thru the setup instructions, one more time, and had it running in our office. Seemed to work fine. Now my Galaxy S3 gives me "no network available". Just seems a bit "hinky".

Separately, I was doing a demo at customer site. Accessed their WiFi. Had a call placed by customer to my office, transferred to my WE Voip, and had one way voice.
This is the second or third time this happed at customer site.

What am I missing ??

Thanks

What system version and WE voip version are you running, ideally best to upgrade to the latest of each.

Generally a firewall issue intermittent one way speech, reboot router? Deafault and re-config router? Have you checked your OAS/MPS/MGI settings?

What type of trunk are you running?

Can you run a remote IP phone with audio?

Seems to point to a bad firewall.

Remote IP works fine.
MGI settings correct
System V 4.65
Most current version of WE Voip.

Deleted WE and re-installed from scratch.
Defaulted router and re-programmed from scratch

Still "registration failed, initialization failed, network error"

We had something similar on a system running 4v70, and were told to de-install the WE VoIP and then re-install with version 2512 (I think) and then upgrade to the latest version, I don't know if it was entirely successful, but it may be worth a try.
