We are doing a cut tonight and we just found out that the second cabinet that the customer had may not be compatible with the first cabinet we are installing. Any help on this would be great. We are taking them from dial tone to PRI. Their first cabinet is becoming the second cabinet and we are installing a new primary, just a little info. The secondary cabinet is a fxcbx-II rev b and the newer cabinet is a fxcbx-II-l REV C. Thanks.

Why would you think it's incompatible?

We called tech support for king tech since thats where we bought the cabinet from and they said the first gen cabinets for fxII could not be expanded. Any thoughts? We were thinking it might be a bad cable or exp card?

First Gen cabinets are FXCBX-EX. When you log into the first cabinet and look at the licences does it show an expansion cabinet?

Login and go to system key wizard. Hit next and VERIFY it has an expansion cabinet license. Then Email me your database and I'll look at it. It's getting late here...

Are the board status LEDs in the expansion cabinet flashing different than the LEDs in the main cabinet?
