We have a TELRAD DIGITAL BX SYSTEM. Since moving our offices to a new brand new building, when we teleconference two other parties thay cannot hear each other. Any clues??????

It's the central office the two parties can't hear each other, because the CO doesn't know where they are, your telrad switch is doing to conf. and not the CO. I have found that having 3 way calling on your lines works best, then the CO will add gain depending on where the 2 other parties are.
