I am working in a building where two firms are located. We bothe use the same telephone system and telephones, Panasonic KX T7030. I have recently moved office where the other firm had occupied. They are still in the building and their phone is still in the office. There are two sets of lines, one allocated to us and the other allocated to them. My question is can I configure the phone so that I can make outgoing calls or will I need to get someone in to install a new telephone line?

Roosco, I'm not sure at all what your asking but provide us with he model of the system not the phones.
It's probably an old anaolg Easa-Phone.
The system can be reprogrammed if need be to suit your needs.

Also, as was stated above, acess to lines is not in the user's guide for the phone. For programming, you need to know what system it is on. Somewhere (probably in a broom closet) there is a central box that actually controls all of the phones. You need to get the model # off of that box.

The US Model KX-TA308 does not support the KX-T7030 telephones, and I'm assuming a US manual wont do you any good.

Hmm ..... that is bad ....

We also have some KX-T7433 in the office, any idea if there's any manual for it.

Basically, what we need here is some instruction on on call storing of numbers in memory, forwarding,Do-not-disturb,messages etc ....

Tx .....
