Hi,
I'm the administrator and when an employee calls in and I transfer them to their voice mail the phone drops the call right after they put in their password. It use to work just fine but I did some fiddling around a few months ago with the phone system and it hasn't worked since. I would appreciate any help.. Thanks, Sandi

Sandi, with this and the other problem with VM you are having, I would recommend a service call by a qualified Nortel vendor. Was the caller that was disconnected on a cell phone?

Try the INSTALLERS link on this site. I see 3 vendors registered in LA and one in Baton Rouge. I don't know the people, so I can't specifically recommend them, but it's a start.

Actually the cell phone call being dropped started a few months ago and had nothing to do with my fiddling around yesterday

I called a technicial and someone should be out in a day or so. Thanks so much for your help
