Any one have a list of telco star codes, like *69, *82 ??

I have some of them, they differ depending on geographic location and type of switching machine used. Verizon East (the old Bell Atlantic) uses *69 for return call, *70 cancel call wating, *67 blocks your call information, *77 anonymous call rejection, routes caller to an announcement telling them user does not accept calls from callers who block their information.
